The provisions of the GWPA regulations only apply if:
1) You are going to use one of the 7
pesticides listed under the GWPA regulations. The
7 pesticides are commonly referred to as those on the
6800(a) list.
AND
2) You are planning to use one of the 6800(a) list pesticides
in a Designated GWPA.
